Operations Manager - Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations, including commercial landscaping and snow removal

Manage P&L;, budgets, operating costs, and profitability

Lead, coach, and motivate field teams and supervisors

Plan seasonal operations, staffing, scheduling,



and equipment allocation

Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and service quality

Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Operations Manager - Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in operations management within landscaping, snow removal, property services, or a similar industry

Strong P&L; management experience, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability

Proven experience managing field operations and blue-collar teams

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability

Organized, disciplined, hands-on, and results-driven

Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

Bilingual in English and French

Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between job sites

Please note: Regular on-site presence is required, along with occasional availability during evenings, nights, and weekends throughout the winter season.
