Our Richmond client is seeking a permanent full time Junior Accountant to join the team.

**Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 + Bonus & Benefits**

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, journal entries, and maintaining organized financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

- Help manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and resolving discrepancies
- Assist with accounts payable, expense processing, and reconciling bank/credit card transactions (including multi-currency)
- Contribute to financial reporting, including monthly reports and basic variance analysis
- Provide operational and administrative support, including tracking expenses, preparing cost summaries, and handling ad-hoc tasks

Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (BBA or BCOM)
- Robust academic background in accounting principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
