Job Overview We are looking for a proactive individual to join our print production department as a Print Production Lead & Inventory Coordinator. Experience is definite asset but willing to train the right individual. In this blended role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our products from the moment they arrive as blanks to the point they are fully printed, tagged, and ready for inventory. You will also assist with general shop labor including printing garments and ensure smooth operations across the production floor.

Duties

- Inventory Management : Oversee and manage the flow of blank products, ensuring accurate counts and timely restocking.
- Production Coordination : Coordinate the printing process, including assisting with printing tasks, quality checks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Tagging and Labeling :



Ensure all products are properly tagged and labeled according to our standards before they are added to completed inventory.
- General Shop Assistance : Pitch in with other shop tasks as needed, maintaining a collaborative and positive work setting.

Qualifications :

- Previous experience in print production or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Familiarity with tagging and labeling processes is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
