Job Summary

2 week probational period.

Duties

- Assist with loading and unloading materials on site
- Perform general labor tasks such as roofing, lifting, and moving supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required (training provided)
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Assist with site setup and breakdown for different projects
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
- Report to the shop by 7 am each morning.

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail




- Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures (prior experience is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks

Pay range is based on experience.

Valid G or higher license is an asset.

Working at heights training will be provided.

Job Types : Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 60 per week
