Location : Nanaimo, BC Position : Full-Time Project Duration : Approx. 6 months Hours : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
We are looking for a full-time Concrete Patching / Sacking/ General Labourer for a construction project in Nanaimo. The primary work will involve concrete sacking and patching and will also include general site labour duties to support the construction team.
Responsibilities :
- Concrete sacking and patching on walls and exposed surfaces
- Minor concrete finishing and touch-ups as required
- Surface preparation and repair of concrete defects
- General site duties including sweeping, garbage removal, and site cleanup :
- Material handling and moving materials around site :
- Assisting trades and maintaining an organized work area
- Following all site safety procedures
Requirements :
- Experience with concrete sacking and patching is required :
- Construction site experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting and performing labour work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail with concrete repair work
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM :
- Consistent full time hours
