We are currently looking to hire general labour with the intent on training individuals into becoming machinists at our specialized facility. Selected individuals will be placed into specialized positions upon successful evaluation.

Skill Requirements

- Ability to execute tasks assigned by the shop manager
- Ability to understand the importance of shop maintenance
- Additional requirements will be reviewed upon interview
- Willingness to learn current tasks
- Prior machinist experience is valuable

Job Duties

- Assist the shop manager in maintaining shop cleanliness and organization
- Assemble wooden crates using basic hand tools
- Assist in maintaining storage areas within the facility

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience :

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
