Atopto Research & Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide first
- and second-level support across internal systems and infrastructure. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining IT environments, and supporting business operations in a structured technology-driven organisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring system stability, user support, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve system and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Maintain documentation for incidents and system updates
- Support cybersecurity practices and system patching
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes
Qualifications :
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Knowledge of Windows environments and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are an asset._

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Standard business hours
- On-site in Moncton, NB
