We are looking for a Full-time, Permanent Sales Coordinator to join our Northern RV team.

As a RV Sales Coordinator, you have the following skills :

- A positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude

- Administration Skills

- Well Organized

- Good phone etiquette

- Able to verbalize concerns

- Advanced Computer skills

- Good communication skills (French a asset but not required)

- As a RV Sales Coordinator, your job will consist of :

- Responsible for inventory, including posting New and Pre-Owned Vehicles on-line, and completing paperwork for dealer trade and wholesaled vehicles.

- Stocking in all new and pre-owned units in a timely and effective manner

- Working alongside the sales department to ensure vehicles get to the appropriate person for the remaining procedures.

- Completing required paperwork for License Bureau and driving to local License bureau to get ownership





- Scheduling appointments for new and used vehicle orientations and pick up

- Confirming all parties involved know what is required

- Assisting sales manager with marketing projects

- Answering phones in a polite manner

- Other administrative duties as assigned by management
