Our Canadian client is a key provider of research and clinical laboratory equipment, consumables, and reagents. They are looking for a clinical field service specialist to represent their Pathology and Histology products - joining their Clinical Sales Team, you will be lending service and support to clients, and supporting company sales specialists based on your clinical lab background.

Territory will be Quebec and Eastern Canada.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Customer service and instrument technical support.
- Aiding sales team and Pathology-Histology product manager in Eastern Canada and QC.
- Remote and in person customer interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- B.Sc. or BMLS or MLT.
- Any background in clinical lab bench or related sales.
- MUST have hands on experience related to Pathology Histology such as tissue processing - fixation up to staining.
- Bilingual and able to travel within QC and Eastern Canada.
- Focus on relevant clinical / scientific knowledge.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Any exposure to Digital Pathology outstanding asset.
- Any business background nice to have.
- Experience using CRMs of interest.
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. nice to have.
