We are seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to oversee vehicle purchasing, inventory pricing, merchandising, marketing, and reconditioning. The ideal candidate knows how to acquire the right vehicles, price them competitively, and ensure inventory is front-line ready as quickly as possible to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and purchase quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and wholesale channels.
- Evaluate vehicles and negotiate competitive purchase prices.
- Manage inventory pricing, market trends, and aging stock to maximize turnover and profitability.
- Oversee vehicle merchandising, photography, online listings, and digital marketing.
- Manage the reconditioning process and coordinate with service to ensure vehicles are front-line ready with minimal delays.
- Monitor inventory aging and drive a quick turnaround from acquisition to retail-ready status.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in used vehicle buying or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle valuations, auctions, and market pricing.
- Experience managing reconditioning, merchandising, and online inventory marketing.
- Highly organized, proactive, and focused on efficiency and profitability.

Compensation

- $75,000 annual base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
- Additional earning potential based on performance.
