Central Residential Services Board (CRSB) is seeking an experienced, agile, and strategic Human Resources professional to join our leadership team as a Permanent Human Resources Manager.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and coordination of all human resource functions throughout the organization. This position plays a critical role in supporting organizational success by fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring legislative and collective agreement compliance, and aligning human resource practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:

- Leading all human resource operations, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, and talent management.
- Providing strategic advice and support to management on human resources and labour relations matters.
- Administering and interpreting collective agreements and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
- Managing employee and labour relations issues, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and grievance processes.
- Overseeing disability management, attendance management, return-to-work programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Coordinating compensation and benefits administration and employee development programs.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational programs.
- Supporting change management initiatives and organizational development strategies.
- Participating in collective bargaining and labour relations activities.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:





- A Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Progressive experience in human resources and labour relations, within a unionized environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, collective agreement administration, and best practices in human resources management.

Additional Requirements

- Satisfactory record of work performance and attendance.
- Satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from the RCMP or local police authority.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a private vehicle.
- Regional travel will be required
- Relocation expenses are not available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $67,064.00-$87,183.00 per year
