POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing front-line parts support to internal and external customers.
- Identifying customer requirements, recommending appropriate parts, and accurately processing and fulfilling orders.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Supporting inventory management for parts and supplies.
- Working with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely parts delivery.




- Maintaining accurate inventory records and documenting parts usage in a computerized inventory management system.
- Collaborating with customers, technicians, and other team members to coordinate parts requirements for repairs and maintenance.
- Inspecting parts to verify quality and ensure they meet required specifications.
- Operating a forklift to move and organize parts within the yard and warehouse, as required.
- Working independently, demonstrating initiative, and taking ownership of responsibilities as part of the branch team.
