Build Things. Solve Problems. Grow With Us. If you're someone who likes working with your hands, reading a drawing, using tools, figuring out how things go together, and seeing what you've accomplished at the end of the day, you might be a great fit for Parklane's Production & Manufacturing team. We're growing, and we're looking for hands-on people from a wide range of backgrounds. You don't need to come from a traditional manufacturing environment. In fact, we're especially interested in people who have worked in construction, sheet metal, mechanical trades, fabrication, installation, renovation, assembly, general labour, or other hands-on environments and are interested in bringing those skills into manufacturing. What matters most is your mechanical aptitude, work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work safely as part of a team. - Supporting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Troubleshooting fit-up or production issues
- Working with supervisors, engineering, logistics, and other production team members to get the job done You aren't expected to know how to do all of this on Day 1.
