Its mission is essential, tangible, and highly visible. You will join a senior, collaborative legal team known for its openness and willingness to share expertise. Legal counsel works closely with business units, procurement teams, and senior leadership. You are consulted early and play an active role in shaping projects. Your practice will focus on commercial law and contracts, including public procurement processes, complex agreements, negotiations, risk management, legislative interpretation, development of contract templates, and oversight of external legal mandates.



You are a member of the Barreau du Québec with approximately five years of experience in commercial or public contract law. Experience in compliance, technology law, or within a public or parapublic environment is considered an asset. This position also stands out for its exceptionally attractive working
