Key Responsibilities:

- Follow the GET model by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers
- Handle basic POS sales and returns for customer orders




- Answer or make customer phone calls as required
- Read COM orders and notes in the system
- Create holding space until orders leave the store

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or distribution experience is an asset
- Customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with robust attention to detail
- Comfort working in dusty, noisy warehouse conditions
