Black & McDonald seeks a Maintenance Technician to support building operations, safety, and corrective work. You will perform light repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and service-call responses. The position also coordinates vendors, reviews completed work, and supports schedules, reports, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform minor in-house repairs and light preventive maintenance
- Assist supplier technicians with HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical duties
- Request supplier quotes before scheduled work
- Monitor construction schedules, milestones, and progress




- Complete B&M; and supplier service reports

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant facilities experience
- Hands-on experience with small repairs and maintenance tasks
- Fourth or Fifth Class Power Engineering certification is an asset
- Robust organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
