The work covers engines, power trains, electrical systems, steering, electronics, brake systems, and suspension systems. It also includes identifying parts, preparing manufacturer reports, and supporting after-hours emergency calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose truck and trailer malfunctions across major systems
- Determine parts needed for disassembled repairs
- Complete accurate manufacturer technical reports promptly
- Cover after-hours emergency service calls when available
- Maintain an organized workspace and follow company procedures

Requirements:

- Truck and Transport or Heavy Equipment certification
- Minimum Block 3 completion required
- At least four years in a service environment
