As a full time day-shift Materials Purchasing Coordinator, you will support food manufacturing purchasing and materials management. Your focus includes ingredients, packaging, indirect supplies, supplier communication, and accurate ERP information. You will also support cost savings, continuous improvement, and food safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Purchase materials according to production requirements
- Track purchase orders, supplier pricing, and deliveries
- Perform plant inventory checks and cycle counts
- Address shortages, delays, and supplier quality concerns
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D;, and Logistics

Requirements:

- Three to five years in materials or supply chain
- Food manufacturing or CPG background is an asset
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
- Related Supply Chain, Business, or Food Science education preferred
