Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning. You will foster customer loyalty, analyze buying trends, and communicate merchandise opportunities. The role also maintains product knowledge and Psycho Bunny’s visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote a customer-focused selling culture and high service
- Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competition
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Manager
- Maintain store visual presentation and directives
- Support inventory and shrink goals and physical inventory

Requirements:

- At least one year of retail management experience
- Solid communication skills and customer-focused selling ability
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
