This Sales Associate opportunity places you within one of Canada’s leading luxury destinations. You will represent Monica Vinader as a Brand Ambassador and collaborative Holt Renfrew colleague. The work combines clienteling, commercial focus, product knowledge, engraving, permanent jewellery welding, and aftercare support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture client details and follow up purposefully
- Create surprise-and-delight moments that encourage repeat relationships
- Introduce engraving and welding during selling conversations




- Support client and in-store event delivery
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation standards
