Apply food service skills as a Dietary Aide supporting meal preparation and dining operations at Providence Manor in downtown Kingston. The position is part time, exceeding 30 hours biweekly.

This Dietary Aide role provides protected and appealing meals for residents, staff, and catering guests. You will prepare between-meal nourishment, maintain work areas, wash dishes, and handle food products according to department standards. Responsibilities support long-term care requirements and public health expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare between-meal nourishment and kitchen floor supplies
- Deliver, store, date, and rotate food items
- Maintain clean workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Perform assigned daily cleaning and dishwashing duties




- Check food condition and appropriate temperatures

Requirements:

- Food Service Worker training completion or enrolment preferred
- Meet applicable Long-Term Care Act qualifications
- Previous long-term care experience is an asset
- Follow written and oral instructions in English
- Complete Food Handler’s Course every five years
