Turn cultivation data into clear business recommendations at Aurora, analyzing environmental metrics and building reports for global operations.

This Project Analyst supports the Senior Director, Global Cultivation Excellence, through data-driven cultivation initiatives. You will consolidate information across sites, identify trends and performance gaps, and prepare dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries. The position also supports AI and analytics use cases, including yield forecasting, anomaly detection, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate cultivation metrics across global sites
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries
- Analyze temperature, humidity, lighting, CO₂, and fertigation data
- Identify trends, risks,



opportunities, and performance gaps
- Support weekly global cultivation meetings and follow-up

Requirements:

- Three or more years in project analyst or similar work
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing KPIs
- Solid Excel and Power BI proficiency or equivalent tools
- Python and SQL experience preferred
- Ability to translate technical data into recommendations
