Support Elby’s Managing Directors and AVPs through executive coordination, document preparation, and calendar management in a highly active office. Contribute ideas that improve organizational processes.

This Administrative Assistant role combines executive assistance with administrative, operational, and human resources support. You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, format documents, administer EOS files, and support onboarding. The position also includes contracts, invoices, events, internal communications, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Managing Directors’ calendars and schedule follow-up meetings
- Prepare, review, and format executive documents and emails
- Manage company EOS process and related files
- Send internal communications for the management team




- Coordinate quarterly, networking, client, and candidate events

Requirements:

- One or more years of administrative experience required
- Post-secondary administration, business, accounting, or HR education
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High confidentiality with robust customer service orientation
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Microsoft Teams experience preferred
