This Warehouse Associate reports to the Branch Manager and supports the branch’s electrical distribution operations. You will prepare shipping paperwork, including bills of lading, shipping invoices, and freight costs. The position also involves receiving shipments, checking accuracy, entering inventory into AS400, and organizing warehouse materials. Customer experience and Westburne’s corporate image are part of your daily contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork for shipping and freight processing
- Verify incoming shipments and received goods accurately
- Enter incoming inventory into the AS400 computer system
- Load, unload, sort, and stack warehouse shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent qualification
- At least one year of related experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset
- Ability to support consistent customer experiences
