You will also handle pre-testing, claims submissions, and frame repairs while ensuring a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfill prescriptions from Optometrists with precision
- Assist customers in selecting stylish frames
- Conduct pre-testing activities for patients
- Submit third-party benefit claims efficiently
- Remake, adjust, and repair frames as needed

Requirements:

- Licensed Optician certification from recognized institution
- Strong knowledge of eye health and anatomy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
