Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team todevelop innovative and enticing menus, incorporatingseasonal ingredients and unique flavor combinations. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, includingscheduling, ordering supplies, and managing inventory. Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, includingline cooks, prep cooks, and other team members. Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance culinaryskills, techniques, and knowledge among the kitchen staff. 2 + years of proven experience as a Chef/Sous Chef ~ Strong leadership qualities ~ Quality and Detail-Oriented ~ Ability to work 1-7 days a week Versatile shifts available – 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours Morning and evening shifts Monday to Friday & weekend availability required
