About the Role
Our client, a well-established corporate services firm based in Kimberley, Northern Cape , is seeking to appoint an ambitious and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Attorney. This role provides an excellent foundation for a legal qualified eager to develop expertise in corporate law, company secretarial services, and commercial transactions. You will support senior attorneys in advising a diverse client base on matters such as company formation, statutory compliance, contract drafting, and corporate restructuring. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality legal solutions to its corporate clients. Assist senior attorneys in advising clients on corporate law matters, including company registrations, amendments, and dissolutions. Draft and review various commercial agreements, such as service agreements, NDAs, and shareholder agreements. Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law issues. Support the company secretarial function, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act. Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions. Prepare and file necessary documents with relevant regulatory authorities.



Help maintain the firm's legal knowledge base and precedents. Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (completed articles and admission). A strong academic record with a focus on corporate and commercial law modules. Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in corporate law and practice. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
