Providence Care is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join the Mood Disorders Research and Treatment Team. The role handles referrals, screens eligibility, schedules psychiatric assessments and triages to appropriate services within regional mental health programs.

Reporting to the Community Team Manager, you will liaise with clinicians and partners to optimize referral pathways and ensure timely care. Work from home is not indicated; noteworthy benefits accompany the position.
