Manage endorsements, renewals, and new business processing for Cowan Insurance Group’s Personal Insurance customers and markets with careful attention to detail.

As Client Support, you will report to the Manager, Personal Insurance and help deliver service excellence. You will process transactions through insurer portals, verify information, and follow brokerage workflows. Your work supports accurate records, compliance, audits, and productivity expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, rewrites, and renewals
- Ensure transactions meet brokerage and carrier requirements
- Review records and process workgroups through EPIC homebase
- Prepare client letters and distribute documents using workflows
- Work with Brokers on accurate processing standards

Requirements:

- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing work
- Sound judgement, ethics, and integrity
- Skilled, proactive, and positive work attitude
- Experience with EPIC would be an asset
- Post-secondary education would be an asset
