Job Summary TFI Foods Ltd. is a leading importer and distributor of premium seafood products across Asia and North America. We are seeking an organized, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to coordinate trade shows, food expos, in-store tasting demonstrations, retail merchandising, and brand promotional activities. The successful candidate will work closely with retail partners, vendors, promotional staff, and internal teams to increase brand visibility, support sales initiatives, and ensure the effective execution of marketing programs. Job Responsibilities
- Trade Shows & Food Expos: Plan and coordinate booth logistics, registrations, equipment, product samples, promotional materials, and on-site setup and teardown.
- Tasting Demos & Sampling: Schedule and coordinate in-store demonstrations across retail partners, brief promotional staff, manage supplies, and track promotional results and sales conversion.
- POSM & Merchandising: Coordinate the design, printing, inventory, and retail distribution of point-of-sale materials (POSM), including shelf talkers, wobblers, and promotional displays.
- Brand Promotions: Support seasonal campaigns, co-marketing promotions with supermarkets, product launches, and retail sales presentations.
- Vendor & Budget Tracking: Coordinate with printing companies, demonstration agencies, and event contractors; obtain quotations, monitor project budgets, and track expenses.
- Marketing Materials & Digital Support: Assist with promotional materials, product brochures, presentations, email marketing, social media content, and website updates as required.
- Market Research & Reporting: Conduct basic market and competitor research,



maintain promotional records, and prepare reports to evaluate marketing activities.
- Promotional Staff Coordination: Coordinate schedules and provide product information and promotional instructions to part-time demonstration staff as required. Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1
- 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, brand promotion, or trade marketing.
- Experience in the food, seafood, FMCG, retail, importing, or distribution industry is preferred.
- Experience coordinating trade shows, food expos, in-store product demonstrations, sampling programs, or retail promotions is preferred.
- Solid organizational, communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, and promotional activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software are an asset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, SEO, WordPress, or Google Analytics is an asset.
- Experience coordinating promotional staff, printing suppliers, or event contractors is preferred.

- Willingness to travel locally for retail visits, promotional events, and trade shows as required.
