The Role: We’re looking for a highly organized and trustworthy individual to support our day-to-day accounting and payment operations. This role involves handling the company's financial operations, coordinating payments, and communicating regularly with brands and influencers.

Responsibilities:

- Reconcile accounts receivable against existing financial records
- Process payments to influencers in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate tactfully with brands and influencers regarding payment statuses and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day financial operations
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and collections
- Track and categorize monthly company expenses
- Process payroll for company employees Skills and

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable learning and navigating new systems and software
- Strong computer literacy or ability to quickly learn new tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with U.
S. and international payment systems is a plus, though not required (training provided)
- Experience with the Apple ecosystem, PayPal, RBC Express, Wise, and similar digital payment, banking, or financial management platforms is a plus. We’re Looking or Someone who is:

- Comfortable handling high-value payments and sensitive financial information
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple task and deadlines efficiently
