Job Overview Join a steel frame and drywall team completing interior and exterior construction work. You’ll help build and finish structures, follow project plans, and support restoration tasks. Your work helps colleagues keep projects organized and deliver sound, finished spaces. Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand layouts, measurements, and installation details.
- Assemble and install steel framing, hang drywall, and complete related carpentry and woodworking tasks.
- Use hand and power tools safely; assist with concrete forming and finishing, siding, and restoration work.
- Support material handling, heavy lifting, and heavy equipment operation as needed; welding may support project tasks. Skills Required: Practical ability to use hand and power tools, handle materials safely,



and follow blueprints or schematics is important for framing and drywall duties. Clear coordination and attention to detail help maintain accurate layouts and quality work. Preferred: Construction experience, especially with steel framing, drywall, carpentry, or woodworking, is valuable; familiarity with concrete forming or finishing, restoration, siding, welding, and heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
