Job Summary The Accounting Technician supports accurate day-to-day accounting through bookkeeping, transaction processing, payroll support, and account review. This role uses accounting software and careful data entry to keep financial information organized and helpful. Duties
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, maintain records, and enter financial data accurately.
- Support payroll processing using systems such as Yardi.
- Reconcile accounts, review account activity, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Use QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software to organize records and resolve routine discrepancies.

account-reconciliation, and account-analysis skills support accurate transaction processing and financial recordkeeping. Preferred: Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, or financial services is advantageous. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, Yardi can help you contribute across varied accounting workflows. Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
