Full time Crew Member – Wendy’s Position: Full-Time Crew Member Department: Restaurant Operations Work Areas: Sandwich Station, Cashier, and Grill Job Summary Wendy’s is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated full-time crew member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh food, operating the cash register, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires teamwork, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sandwich Station
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Wendy’s recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, fresh, and served in a timely manner.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures.
- Keep the sandwich station clean, stocked, and organized. Cashier and Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
- Ensure customers receive accurate orders and positive service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and cashier area. Grill Station
- Cook beef patties and other food items according to Wendy’s cooking procedures.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Keep the grill and surrounding work area clean and sanitary.
- Follow all food safety procedures and cleaning schedules. General Duties
- Work effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.




- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Maintain a dependable attendance record and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Previous restaurant or fast-food experience is an asset but not required. Work Schedule and Requirements
- Full-time position with approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on scheduling and operational needs.
- Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with restaurant work.
- Must be able to work in a busy kitchen environment with hot equipment.
