## Role Overview Concord Security is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mobile Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile port facility in Vancouver. In this role, you will conduct mobile patrols, secure critical infrastructure, and maintain safety across a key industrial site. On a daily basis and over time, success in this role looks like:
- Conducting Mobile Patrols: Drive company vehicles across assigned port property to monitor activity, inspect access points, and ensure site security.
- Access Control: Verify credentials to ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles enter restricted areas.
- Hazard Identification: Notice and address potential safety hazards, security risks, or unauthorized activities promptly.
- Incident Reporting: Write clear, accurate, and detailed incident reports and daily log entries before the end of each shift.
- Professional Communication: Interact calmly and respectfully with site staff, visitors, and emergency services when needed.



## Pay and Benefits This is a part-time position offering flexible shift options throughout the week.
- Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

- Valid BC Security License
- Valid BC Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Marine Transportation Security Clearance (MTSC / Port Pass), which includes comprehensive federal background checks
- Prior experience working in security roles
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Strong practical problem-solving skills and calm decision-making under pressure ### Nice-to-Have Qualifications
