Coordinate BORN initiatives for CHEO in hybrid Ottawa, using project management, budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills. This temporary full time assignment runs until November 2027.

The Project Coordinator supports BORN project development, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing coordination. You will integrate project activities, manage documentation, monitor performance, coordinate communications, and support health equity across BORN’s data holdings and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate projects and coordinate consistent execution documentation
- Develop schedules, dependencies, durations, resources, and deliverables
- Develop and monitor project budgets and cost allocations
- Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Evaluate performance and identify improvements with project teams

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of related experience
- Project coordination or management experience
- Competency with Microsoft Office suite tools
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- Criminal Record Check Level 1
