This HR Consultant supports BMO’s Human Resources function and business or group strategies. The work includes operational and strategic activities, recommendations, reporting, dashboards, and program execution. You will also support change management, communications, and strategic initiatives while meeting service level agreements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver HR activities and initiative solutions supporting business strategies
- Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives,



change management, and program implementation
- Develop tailored messaging and distribute communications

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred CHRP or ADR designation
- Specialized HR knowledge from education or business experience
- Risk awareness, analytical problem solving, and influencing skills
