The new Accountant will be responsible for a variety of full-cycle accounting responsibilities including financial statement preparation, month-end close, CAM reconciliations and bank reconciliations, variance analysis, budgeting, consolidation of summary reports, etc. for a very interesting and complex mixed-asset portfolio. There is opporutinty for this role to be titled Senior Accountant, for someone very qualified for the role with 5+ years of relevant/progressive experience in real estate accounting/property accounting.
