Remote SaaS account management at Borealis requires client relationship expertise and the flexibility to support international customers across time zones. As an Account Manager, you will manage a client portfolio alongside Customer Success, Project, Technical, and Sales teams. You will strengthen relationships after sales, identify needs, and turn them into business opportunities. The position is fully remote from home, with versatile 40-hour weeks. Define growth plans and manage portfolio finances Coordinate delivery with Project and Technical teams Fluent written and spoken English, French, and Portuguese Bachelor’s degree in administration or another pertinent field Three to four years in customer success or account management SaaS or CRM experience is a plus Apply account management, SaaS understanding, and relationship-building skills while supporting Borealis clients remotely across international markets. #
