In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various divisions within the company, including Structural Steel, Excavating, Remediation, Demolition and the Environmental Fleet. Additionally, you may be responsible for billing for various divisions. Assist with the preparation and analysis of job cost reports for various divisions within the company Maintain and update job cost data in the accounting system, including JDE Assist with the billing process Assist with the preparation of financial statements and ad-hoc analysis as needed Making collection calls, entering collection notes in JDE, and meeting weekly with centralized collections Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or related field ~2+ years of experience in cost accounting ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software, including JDE ~ The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
