Support recruitment, labor relations, and HRIS administration as a Senior Human Resources Generalist across Compass Minerals’ Canadian operations. This senior role supports the full employee lifecycle across multiple locations. You will partner with leaders on recruitment, onboarding, employment practices, attendance management, and HR programs. The position also supports compliant, consistent HR solutions and positive employee experiences.
