As a Member Service Representative I, you will answer questions, resolve requests, and offer Credit Union products supporting financial goals. You will open accounts, process transactions, assist with digital banking, and maintain relationships with members. Accuracy, care, and professionalism guide each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled service through in-person and digital communications
- Open and maintain consumer auxiliary accounts
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and card services
- Assist with online, mobile, and branch technology
- Maintain balanced drawers, audits, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

- High school graduation or equivalent
- One to three years of related experience
- Working knowledge of account and loan services
- Excellent member service and communication skills
- Computer skills, strong typing, and detail orientation

Support UCCU members with accurate transactions, digital banking assistance, financial service guidance, and dependable relationship management.
