As a full-time Team Leader with Nespresso Canada, a division of Nestlé Canada, you will act as a brand ambassador. You will support operational excellence, drive sales, and help achieve sales targets. Success requires coffee passion, sustainability knowledge, and retail leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Debrief the team on key objectives and deliverables
- Analyze KPI reports and coach teams toward metrics
- Ensure effective communication with teams and store management
- Create positive brand experiences for all stakeholders
- Balance administrative duties with customer service tasks

Requirements:

- Passion for coffee and sustainability
- Two to three years leading retail sales teams
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Ability to stand all day and lift 23 kilograms
