We are currently seeking a Life Claim Administrator for our Affinity Life Claims teams. As a claim administrator, you will provide support to our adjudicators and internal partners to ensure timely claim processing and accurate claim set up. Prepare written correspondence to communicate and follow up on pending claims Correspond with Third Party Administrators as required for claims Set up claim lines for new TPA claims, mail claim packages as required 1-2+ years' experience in claim administration or equivalent industry exposure ~ Office 365; including Excel, Outlook & Word ~ makes timely decisions, applies analytic/systematic reasoning to positively impact results, organizational performance and the customer experience ~ Strong analytical
