Support essential facility systems at Eskaton through electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance in a community serving older adults. The Maintenance Assistant supports facility maintenance and operations under the Maintenance Director. You will help maintain heating, cooling, water, gas, electrical, mechanical systems, building exteriors, and grounds. The work supports safety, regulatory compliance, and a functional, attractive facility.

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair tasks under director guidance Maintain plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, ventilation, and fixtures Complete painting, carpentry, sheetrock, and landscape maintenance Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment orderly Accept incoming freight and notify departments of arrivals

Requirements:
High school or technical school graduation Three years’ progressive maintenance and power plant experience Two years’ general maintenance experience Electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance emphasis Ability to move objects using medium work exertion Bring electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance skills to Eskaton’s protected, functional, and well-maintained environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
