Support Mohawk Medbuy’s Central West Region with member intake, sourcing facilitation, and accurate service coordination across nine hospitals.

As a Member Support Associate, you will provide first-contact resolution and route requests effectively. You will manage lower-value, lower-risk team-oriented sourcing activities while liaising with MMC Sourcing Teams and hospital stakeholders. The work includes contract queries, system navigation, approvals, and sourcing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create intake tickets for hospital and MMC support requests
- Monitor resolutions and follow up with members
- Assist with contract queries and system lookups
- Enter project requests and route approvals electronically
- Coordinate sourcing tasks, commitments, and purchase requisition handoffs

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- One to two years in purchasing or sourcing
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Accurate organization, follow-up, and time management
- Proficiency with MS Office and multiple business systems
