Salary:
CAD 29.20-31.35 Chicopee Float Pool Position: Unscheduled Part Time Clinical Secretary 6 (Clerical 6) Clerical functions of the patient care unit, including, but not limited to reception duties, transcribing doctors’ orders, basic entry and retrieval and ordering of supplies. A solid emphasis on working with computer software as per unit requirements. This position on evenings rotates between inpatient areas to meet multiple floors’ needs. Evenings are 2:30 until 9:00 pm, and also covers day shift needs. Post secondary medical secretarial or health office administration diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required Demonstrated ability to enter computer data accurately and timely and demonstrate proficiency with this skill Effective June 1, 2013, applications for postings outside a candidate’s home unit/department will not be considered if no résumé has been provided.
