Manage high-volume Canadian payroll and benefits for Amica across Ontario and British Columbia from the Support Office. Use ADP Workforce Now in a full-time position.

Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator manages full-cycle payroll for up to nine residences. The work supports more than 1,200 hourly and salaried employees through bi-weekly processing. Accuracy, timely completion, data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process bi-weekly, multi-provincial payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Administer benefits deductions and taxable benefit setup
- Complete WCB, WSIB, EHT, ROE, T4, and garnishment activities
- Prepare standard and complex payroll reports




- Respond to employee payroll and advantages inquiries

Requirements:

- Three to five years of Canadian payroll experience
- Required ADP Workforce Now payroll system experience
- Knowledge of provincial employment standards and legislation
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel knowledge
- Solid payroll process understanding in unionized environments
