Registered Practical Nurse – Full Time Reporting to the Program Manager, as the RPN, you will work to your full scope of practice in collaboration with Registered Nurses across the organization and with Indwell’s Clinical Lead. As an integral part of an interdisciplinary care team, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of holistic health care to residents within a supportive housing model. This is an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual components of health.
