You will reconcile accounts under 60 days delinquent through first party collections, supporting customer and client account updates. The work uses phone, email, documents, payment arrangements, and account systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers through email and phone calls
- Send and receive documents to update accounts
- Find solutions and arrange customer payments
- Meet weekly call and collection targets
- Complete skip tracing tasks when needed

Requirements:

- Bilingual communication skills in French and English
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to multitask across account activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite, soft phones, and CRM systems
- One to two years of experience considered an asset
